Any balance has to be settled not less than 72 hours before check-in. If the remaining balance is not settled, we retain the right to cancel the booking.
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 1 night is required to secure booking.
This is paid via a secure payment link we will send you via email.
Direct bookings have a strict cancellation policy.
The deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled by guest.
In case the booking is cancelled by us due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the full amount on the same day the cancellation is communicated.
Should any non-male guest be present for check-in, booking will be cancelled at that time and full payment will be required.

Terms & Conditions
1) Once we receive your request, we will reply to you about availability and total price.
2) With the confirmation of booking, we will send you a deposit payment link [SumUP]. The deposit will be 10% of the total amount. The remaining balance shall be paid upon check-in.
3) If the deposit is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, giving 24hrs prior notice.
4) We will do our best for you to enjoy your stay at our place and to assist you.
5) We are a male only property. All booking which do not reflect this criteria will be cancelled, even at check-in.
6) We are a clothing optional property. Every gust is free to roam around as he is comfortable.
7) There may be other guests in the property in other rooms.
